Question 1

Do you serve all of Southlake?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Timarron, Carillon, Clariden Ranch, Shady Oaks, Stone Lakes, Southridge Lakes, Coventry Manor, Estes Park and the White Chapel corridor, plus nearby Westlake, Trophy Club, Colleyville, Keller, Grapevine and Roanoke.

Question 2

How often should a Southlake lawn be mowed?

Accepted Answer

Weekly from roughly April through October. Growth slows in November and most lawns move to every other week or on-call service through winter.

Question 3

Do I need to be home for service?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as gates are unlocked and pets are secured, crews service the property and text or email you when finished if you would like.

Question 4

Do you bag clippings?

Accepted Answer

We mulch clippings back into the lawn by default, which returns nitrogen to the soil. Bagging is available on request or when growth is heavy after rain.

Question 5

Do you treat weeds?

Accepted Answer

We offer pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control as an add-on, timed to North Texas weed cycles rather than a generic national schedule.

Question 6

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contract. Service is month to month and you can adjust frequency or cancel with a phone call.
